Either Francis William Belschner or Charles Ernest Craggs - records of this era are inadequate.

Family recollections are that Lilian moved abroad, which makes a marriage to Francis Belschener the more likely of the two. Francis (known as Frank), was a draper by trade, had a German father, Francis, and English (Northampton born) mother, Louisa, and was himself born in Fulham (3rd quarter 1880, 1a/238 - probably August). Some records give the surname as Belchner.
There was a child born in 4th quarter 1910, Frank W. Belschner. Camberwell 1d/884.
