There is no Hotten GEDCOM file as preparing and maintaining it was simply far too time consuming.
Malcolm Bell has taken over the job of transcribing the Hotten section of this site to other file formats and a pdf version is currently available.

GEnealogical Data COMmunication (GEDCOM) is the standard file format for exchanging genealogical information. It can be imported into most if not all genealogy programs and manipulated as permitted by the chosen program.
Right click on any name above and ‘Save Target As…’ (Internet Explorer) or ‘Save Link As…’ (FireFox) and save the file to disc. After Saving FireFox will offer you the opportunity to open the file while Internet Explorer can open the file directly by double clicking on any of the name links.
